Dromore 2 Glin Rovers 1 (HT 0-1) Great performance by all the team. Kayla Riordan scored after 15 minutes put through with a great ball from Grainne Mulvihill. A superb save from Erin Dalton saw Glin lead 1-0 HT.
Second half saw Dromore get some chances and after a fortuitous goal with 10 minutes left an unstopable 30 yard screamer saw Dromore take the points. A great effort from every single player you couldn't pick a player of the match.
A hard fought game away from home this evening will stand to the girls who gave their all tonight. We look forward to the next game now and for the whole season in general as all our new underage teams take the field.
